Announcement: Invitation to Review Draft RFP for Reducing Surgical Waiting Times

The Palestinian American Medical Association (PAMA) invites licensed private hospitals (for-profit and nonprofit) in the West Bank and East Jerusalem to review and provide feedback on our draft Request for Proposals (RFP) aimed at addressing prolonged surgical waiting times.
About the RFP
PAMA seeks to collaborate with capable hospitals to develop effective solutions for reducing surgical waiting times for critical procedures and enhancing patient care in the region.
Targeted Surgical Procedures:
Pediatric Surgeries:
- Hypospadias repair
- Orchidopexy
- Hydrocelectomy
- Tongue tie
Ophthalmological Procedures:
- Cataract extraction
- Phacoemulsification
How to Request Draft Materials
Email Request: Authorized hospital officials should email grants@pamausa.org.
Include:
- Hospital Name
- Authorized Official’s Name and Title
- Contact Information (Email and Phone Number)
- Deadline to submit Draft Feedback: October 13th, 2024, 5:00 PM Palestine Time
Important Notes
Opportunity to Provide Input:
Hospitals requesting the draft can review and suggest modifications before the RFP is finalized.
Hospitals not requesting the draft can still apply when the final RFP is posted but will not be able to provide input beforehand.
