These anomalies can be successfully corrected with the appropriate intervention but can lead to great suffering if left untreated. In collaboration with Public Aid Hospitals and local government hospitals in Gaza, PAMA identifies candidates and covers the cost of surgery and follow-up care. A donation of $2,000 covers the costs of one child’s surgery.
