Healthcare Program – West Bank & East Jerusalem
In 2025, the healthcare system in the West Bank operated under increasing pressure due to movement restrictions, service fragmentation, and growing demand for specialized care. While the system remained functional, access to timely and quality services was often disrupted, leading to delays in treatment, growing surgical backlogs, and strain on critical departments.
In this context, PAMA implemented a comprehensive healthcare program focused on targeted system strengthening, addressing critical service gaps while reinforcing institutional capacity and continuity of care.
